TorqBody – A high-energy, complete workout packed into 50 minutes to get you in shape from top to bottom. The blend of Cycling, Boxing, Muay Thai, Pilates and Yoga is designed to put your entire body to work. Strengthen your core, sculpt your upper body and tone your arms – all while burning fat at a cardio level. Torq de HK – A cycling-focused class with an extra dose of motivation, perfect for the competitive type. Your performance will be displayed on a large screen to show everyone how you measure up against the rest of the class. You can also ride in teams to show off your racing power and RPM average.
