CrossFit Typhoon is dedicated to the development of increased health and fitness of all of our members. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns and movements that you find in real life – pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. Through our daily CrossFit WODs, bootcamp sessions and specialty classes, we are here to help you achieve those strength and conditioning goals that you’ve always wanted.
